Orders placed on our website typically enter processing within a short period after confirmation. During this stage, order details are reviewed, inventory is allocated, and preparation for shipment begins.

2. Order Cancellation

a. Before Processing

Customers may request to cancel an order if the request is submitted before the order has entered the fulfillment stage. If the request is received in time, our team may be able to cancel the order.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, the order will not be shipped and a refund may be issued according to our Refund & Return Policy.

b. After Processing Begins

If the order has already entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. This includes situations where:

  • Items have been prepared for shipment
  • Packaging has begun
  • Shipping labels have been generated

In such cases, customers may wait for delivery and request a return in accordance with our return policy.

c. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to a carrier, cancellation is no longer available. Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx operate independently after package handoff.

Customers who no longer wish to keep the item may initiate a return after receiving the package.
