We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return within this timeframe. To be eligible:

All items must be returned with original tags and original packaging intact.
Valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

We do not include pre-printed return labels in our packages. This is a standard practice aimed at reducing unnecessary waste.

Once your return is received and inspected, typically within 24 hours of arrival, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days, though your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.

D. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

E. Exchanges

G. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
